Previous purchases can be restored in the Tripomatic app on the device where you made the purchase.

How to Restore

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) that you used to make the original purchase.
  2. Open the Tripomatic app and sign in with your Tripomatic account.
  3. When the Premium purchase screen appears, tap the “Already purchased? Restore” button below the purchase options.
  4. Your purchase will be restored automatically.

Troubleshooting

If you’re unable to restore your purchase:

  • Verify you’re using the same Apple ID or Google Play account as the original purchase
  • Check that your App Store or Google Play subscription is still active
  • Contact our support team at team@tripomatic.com with your account information and purchase receipt
