How can I restore my Tripomatic Premium purchase?
Previous purchases can be restored in the Tripomatic app on the device where you made the purchase.
How to Restore
- Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) that you used to make the original purchase.
- Open the Tripomatic app and sign in with your Tripomatic account.
- When the Premium purchase screen appears, tap the “Already purchased? Restore” button below the purchase options.
- Your purchase will be restored automatically.
Troubleshooting
If you’re unable to restore your purchase:
- Verify you’re using the same Apple ID or Google Play account as the original purchase
- Check that your App Store or Google Play subscription is still active
- Contact our support team at team@tripomatic.com with your account information and purchase receipt
