If you purchased a subscription through your Apple account, you can manage it in your iPhone or iPad settings.

  1. Open Settings > tap your name at the top
  2. Tap Subscriptions
  3. Select Tripomatic to manage your subscription

You can change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. For more information, visit Apple’s help page.

Android

If you purchased a subscription through Google Play, you can manage it via the Play Store.

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  3. Select Tripomatic to manage your subscription

Website

If you purchased a subscription on the website, you can manage it through the subscription management portal.

  1. Go to maps.tripomatic.com and sign in
  2. Open your profile settings
  3. Click Manage Subscription to open the subscription portal
  4. From there you can update payment methods, change plans, or cancel
