Changing your email address

If you’d like to change the email address associated with your account, please head to our Customer Portal and sign in. You can change your email address there.

Note for the change to take effect, you will have to verify your new e-mail address by clicking on a link that will be sent to you.

Resetting your password

Head to our Reset Password page on the Customer Portal and follow the instructions.
