Your trip itinerary shows all the activities planned for each day, including places to visit and the routes between them.

Viewing Your Itinerary

  1. Tap Trip in the navigation
  2. Select a day to see its details
  3. You’ll see the day’s activities, total estimated time, and routes between places

Reordering Activities

Drag and drop activities to change their order within a day. Simply press and hold an activity, then drag it to the new position.

Activity Options

Tap on any activity to access these options:

  • Reschedule - Move the activity to a different day
  • Duplicate - Create a copy of the activity
  • Set time - Set specific start/end times
  • Add note - Add notes or reminders
  • Add cost - Track expenses for this activity
  • Remove - Delete the activity from your trip

Transit Between Places

Tap the transit icon between activities to:

  • Change transport mode - Choose from walking, car, bike, scooter, taxi, or public transit
  • View route details - See the route on the map
  • Set time - Add specific departure time
  • Add note - Add transit notes

The app automatically calculates travel times based on your chosen transport mode.

Day Options

Tap the menu icon on a day header to access:

  • Show on map - Center the map on this day’s activities
  • Add note - Add a note for the entire day
  • Add preferred transit type - Set a default transport mode for the day
  • Add cost - Track daily expenses
  • Swap days - Exchange this day with another
  • Insert day - Add an empty day before or after
  • Remove day - Delete the entire day

Estimated Time

The top of each day shows the total estimated time, including:

  • Time spent at each activity
  • Transit time between activities

Note: Transit with unknown duration (like flights) is not included in the total.
